kTorrent (Linux)

KTorrent is a BitTorrent application for KDE which allows free downloading of files using the BitTorrent protocol. It allows downloading of various torrents simultaneously and comes with a series of advanced functions that make it a comprehensive BitTorrent client.
The programme functions with the latest protocols, UDP, DHT and UPnP, and allows limitation of upload and download speeds as well as different speeds for each torrent. In addition, the programme offers the option of automating downloads via RSS and filtering unwanted IPs for better results.

KTorrent includes a metasearch engine to search for torrents in a number of BitTorrent pages. Another feature of KTorrent is that it allows for bandwidth management so you can use it according to your preferences and adjust it to your requirements.
