Heard this read on a TV programme last night - a repeat of a very old Lovejoy. Would like to find more of it. Googled it and got some Gutenberg project reference which is an e-book by Henry Fielding but I couldn't work out how to search it for the poem. Can anybody help:

Far be the noise
Of Kings & Crowns from us, whose gentle souls
Our kinder fates have steerd another way,
Free as the forest birds we'll pair together
Without rememb'ring who our fathers were.
And in soft murmurs interchange our souls.

Thanks so much, Ian - it's a lovely piece and I could only recall the 4 lines I quoted.
