Does anyone know the words to this poem? I can't seem to find it anywhere on the net. Anyone know why this Robert Frost poem is not that popular?

Hi Sherri,

You are in the wrong place for this. You should be posting your query in either General Discussions, or in Homework Assistance. The USP is pretty much strictly for user written poetry, but the REAL reason you should try those other forums is because that is where the poetry geek... er... geniuses hang out. i.e. there are more people there that make a study of poets, rather than poetry itself.

Best of luck!

Will move it to the Lost Poetry Quotations forum...

I have looked, but came to the same conclusion as you. Can't be found on the web (not even a site claiming to have all of Frost's poetry..). If it's not too long, maybe someone can type it up?

Looks like it is in A Witness Tree, but no copy I can find on the net, no.

I was just at the library a few minutes ago and I saw a copy there, but it is some 140 lines long. Worse yet, it is written in couplets, and typing up 140 lines of rhyming couplets would put me into severe depression for several days, so I was not tempted.

hmm, if you sent me an email with the text, I can type it up!

;-)
