Looking for a specific poem and I only remember bits and pieces.
I think it begins:
In my bed the whole night through I toss and turn and think of you.
then there's a line that goes something like:
If what I said was what I meant
and then the whole thing round again
And the last line is:
I only hope that somewhere you
are sleeping badly too.
Help!
In my bed the whole night through
I toss and turn and think of you
And wonder when we met today
If you said what you meant to say
And what you thought I thought you meant
And were you sorry when I went
I only hope that somewhere you
Are sleeping badly too
