Overview about author etc:
In this contemporary poem, Canadian poet Heather Cadsby expresses and individual's emotional response when she realizes her baker is a survivor of the Holocaust. The Holocaust, in which over 6 million Jewish people were put to death in Nazi Germany, is one of the most horrific events of the twentieth century.
I would buy anything from you
last week's bread
cakes I'm allergic to
something I've never tried before.
It's that blue code on your arm
four numbers i can't decipher
They are fixed veins
Ovens belch and swear
and you mold, bake
and remember
other barely brown loaves.
Your face is stamped
with kick-shod feet
and the reek of screams.
None of that grows stale.
Yet now here
as you push and jab
sweet dough
I see no revenge.
My gentile money
arms me with bagels
stuffs me with tears.
Wow.....beautiful poem, if you would like me to say something, I should say it is perfect!

Metaphor is HUGE in this poem. look for anything which could be both in a bakery and a concentration camp (OVEN).

Very interesting poem well written especially this part: Your face is stamped
with kick-shod feet
and the reek of screams.
None of that grows stale.
One interesting thing is that written in Illuminati symbols were predictions that the Holocaust would happen in the middle of the 20th century.
