I need help on three questions on "Pomegranate"

1. How does the poet identify with the myth of Ceres and Persphone?
2. What do the images of mother and child in the line "I climb the stairs and stand where I can see my child asleep beside her teen magazines, her can of Coke, her plate of uncut fruit." suggest to you about their relationship at that particular point?
3. Would you agree that a sense of loss pervades this entire poem? Why?

Hi

We've looked at this poem before - go here [www.emule.com] />
When you've waded through that lot, come back.
