Questions continue to pop-up from time to time regarding copyright and how to go about posting content to these forums while remaining "legal". Several postings I have seen regarding the topic were less than enlightening. To that end, I have provided a link to a famous comic book style publication from the Duke University Law School.

Tales from the Public Domain: BOUND BY LAW?

The comic is available free and provides a historical context on which to trace through copyright and fair use of trademark/copyrighted items. Although the cartoon focuses upon video/movie production, the concepts are informative and the format is friendly enough that anyone can follow.

Bare in mind I believe copyright would fall into place here..Now I'm not sure if you are worried about copyright because your posting famous poet works are because your posting your own and wondering about your rights.
