How about the old gent in Coleridge's Ancient Mariner? Goes from an albatross killer to one who respects all life forms. If that is what you mean by perspective, that is; I am only guessing.

Or try The Unkonw Citizen by W H Auden -it's the reader's perspective that's being changed in that one:
