I wish that my tongue had uttered
The words of the bards of old,
Of metered verse, uncluttered,
That makes my blood run cold.
My verses are plain and simple,
No glory will be mine.
The only thing I'm able to do
Is write my words in rhyme.
So forgive my pitiful efforts,
Just know that under them lies
A heart that is true, in my thanks to you
For listening to all of my tries.

I enjoy your poems
plain and simply clear
these are the verses
that our heart will hear

Don't ask forgiveness
for honesty lies
giving up effort
makes your poems die

I enoy reading poetry, both the classical and everyday! Everyone
has something to offer and a true poet can find the pleasure in verse!
I hope you continue to write and enjoy!

Thankyou Ladybug,
I enjoyed your comments, 'tis true
I'll continue the effort
To merit you praise
For people like you are too few.
Awwww! Beautiful! Let me take your banner out in the streets, shout out: Here's a true soul! I wish I could return the pleasure of a poetic answer, but guess I'm too tired for that stuff now, 22:42 p.m., guess it is time for the cocks to wake up in your country...
