What Do You Want to Do?

She said:
I asked you if you wanted a big cup.
I said:
I didn’t know.

That is part of
how my mind works
much of the time.

I don’t know what I want
till I pick up the pebbles on the beach.

Sometimes, there are no pebbles.

Serendipity can be a wonderful thing. Nice little ditty here, Pete.

this is personal too.

upon looking back at older posts of yours i see my previous assumption was wrong.

anyhow, the closing gives a rather sentimental feeling. however, also an almost hopeless feeling. honestly, i really enjoyed the read. thanks, peter

Peter:

What they all said goes for me as well. Poems like this make me wish I had more time to visit here. Ahh well....

Thanks, frosty...glad I touched a chord. Hey, Joe, I am glad your life is full enough to make reading poetry here a luxury... since poetry is, mainly, about living.

amo et avanti,

Peter
