Go For a Distance?

Why always a man go a distance

why they vaguely think they can reach for the sky

Why they live for false hope without any facts

Why always looking at the bright side in the state of loosing something

Why assume that is free thing really are for free

Why Do you chase dreams with too much effort even though you know it's impossible

What is the distance difference on walking with just meter away from the start

Why thinking naively you can do more while you know your are doing is just fine.

A man go a distance more is pure and nevertheless

Greedy and a Selfish to demand more to what he have

Many there's some greed and selfishness to wanting more, but I think we are the creature who can always reach beyond what we have been. And I this that is healthy.

Peter

The facts of life are too ugly for most to accept. Some people, perhaps the vast majority, are simply incapable of it. Instead of facing the truth of things, they prefer to hide behind anything they can. For some, it's love, religion, money, power, sex, drugs, it really doesn't matter, they all lead to the same place. No where.

If you really want to know why things are the way they are, look where others are scared to.

Again, this is not a place to spam. Though I feel for anyone trying to make a living, I have to ask that you take those links out of your posts.

Well Sorry then For the Bad amature writing skill. I guess my works is not fit enough for this site.

I guess that the doc advise me ain't really big help.

About the links well it's not related to my work right now. It's just that it's really good site and I'm not forcing any one to click on them.

gilstocker,

You say: 'Well Sorry then For the Bad amature writing skill. I guess my works is not fit enough for this site.'

If you want opinions on your poetry, I take my time assimilating people's work sometimes, so I may be a day or two or more before I respond, so I can read the piece a few times. Sometimes I cn respond right away. Sometimes I don't respond even when I like something because I don't want to just say: I like this or I don't like this. Sometimes people have bee so sensitive to criticism that I hold bak.

I understand there are lots of reasons to be sensitive to what is said about a piece...it may still be too close to the reader. the writer may be just experimenting and comments might get in the way, the criticism may be insensitive...and there are lots of reasons to want people to say something, anything, just to get some feedback, some sense that people actually read your stuff. I know I'll take any response at all, but I will keep posting even if no one responds. Sometime on this forum it is days or not at all that people respond to a piece. I say: post anyway. Get the stuff our in the public. Write it even if you don't post it.

I read almost everything post. Respond when I can. I am quirky, with many moods, so sometimes I'm a good critic, sometimes you should just ignore my comments.
I am tired today and won't probably give useful critiques today, except to urge you to keep posting. don't worry if it is 'good enough.' Just keep posting, keep writing, keep being often to sporadic comments, trust yourself as a writer as an experiencing human being.

Remember, an amateur is someone who does something for the love of it.

pax,

Peter

gilstocker,

I'm not complaining about your work. I'm complain about this:

"Learn the Best Antivirus There Is!

Write what you want, I'm not worried about it, just the links.

Well you have to click or not right? So it's a very helping site and I really like to share with other. It's their choice whether they click or not.

Indeed, I don't have to click the link. That's not the point. One, it may be an attack site. That is infact a common method of delivery. Two, if we let you put one piece of spam up, where do we stop others from spamming? At 3 links? 4? 20? 1000? Do we wait until, like most websites, ours is covered from top to bottom in advertisements for pornography, free trips, credit cards, so that a person can't even find the poetry through the ads? Or do we together agree that some things are more important than money?
