an arid wilderness of lonliness.
to push upright;
strength is pain and pain is movement.
your radius is a wall.
don't admit there's cracks.
dress up words,
polish phrases
to describe
your shadow under the rock.
fancy doesn't detract the truth
complicated doesn't obsecure
the colors of your soul
shining thru the cracks.
words fight you
boxes etch you in.
you say you walk away
to be alone
but we both know
you walk to discover
the way out of that tomb.
there's no gentle way
to bring you down
to change.
tragedy hides it's head
in saftey.
the roar of the ocean
swallows all sounds.
the way up may
take you down first.
the rain of love
will fall upon all who let it.
the ravens of you past,
will take flight upon
the dawn of that day.
Some time since you've been about blue, welcome back.
A thoughtful piece, Blue, welcome back.

bluepyche:
not sure what this piece is about. liked the tone, the echo of Eliot. left wanting more.

Everything in its own time, but sometimes the wait is long. Sad.
