Indelibly distinctive is her look
Of subtle curves that swerve to promise bliss.
Her Body is nobody's open book
But honey drips from sun-ripe lips each kiss.

Black skin is slick with sweat turned whetted shine
Of beautiful burnt ebony unique!
Obsidian delightful cherry wine;
A Goddess raised up from great Mozambique.

Descended from Egyptian royal queens
Exquisite in their quiet regal grace;
Her cat-like almond eyes are flecked with greens
That drip jade fire to beautify her face.

Her stroll flows proud with plantains high upon her head,
A queen once richly born now richly bred;
She is the mother of fertility
With seeds of strength that bridge man's history.
