Hi,
I just got a line that I couldn\'t figure it out at all. Could you help?
\"As I suck into you
I barely alive.
mistress\' eyes are coy
grandeur love to the terrible
scene and wrapped
arround and arround
Secret life, lonely live,
There, where suck?
Give . . . wind blows
And phantoms cloak\"
Janet
I guess I really couldn\'t tell you what the poem means. It\'s always interpreted better by the poet anyway. It seems really dark, however, dark and sudductive. \"As I suck into you I\'m barely alive\". It could be a terrible sexual experience. To me it sounds like there\'s some sort of grief in the narrarator. It sounds like they did something really bad and are feeling guilt. Maybe the person took advantage of someone and because they liked it a little too much they are feeling grief stricken. It\'s really nice though. I like the style and choice of words. It\'s strangely powerful. Erotic even. Who wrote it?
