Prince William's a good guy I suppose
not that I know a lot about him or anything
living here in America and all
But I always see a person
who seems quite enthusiastic about him
oh, wait, I don't see that person anymore
Hallucination?

I try to....in fact I THINK i posted a 13th century French poetry quote which is now MISSING ..........but again maybe it's just the mind-control drugs talking
Johnny, any posts under a thread with Cherrytreeinspring as author will be erased immediately. That's not mind control, that's common sense.
Don't go there.

Hi Lisa great to se you on my threasd check siome of my poems will ya. The quote's from Walllace Stevens, and it is indefernce, I think, of the difficulty of the terriffic poetry he writes which is NOT easy to read, but is wonderfully beautifulk in truelly profound, not pseudo-profound. Hope to see you tag around more often. sent poetry, am starved

What do the moderators think of that?
"A "No" uttered from deepest conviction is better and greater than a "Yes" merely uttered to please, or what is worse, to avoid trouble."

Precisely why we moderators say no to CTinSpring.

the still voice within is saying "feed me. feed me."
Here, Peter, better than biscuits:
Clown in the Moon
My tears are like the quiet drift
Of petals from some magic rose;
And all my grief flows from the rift
Of unremembered skies and snows.
I think, that if I touched the earth,
It would crumble;
It is so sad and beautiful,
So tremulously like a dream.

ah yes, them old Dylan tunes still ring the heart true.
April

The roofs are shining from the rain.
The sparrows tritter as they fly,
And with a windy April grace
The little clouds go by.
Yet the back-yards are bare and brown
With only one unchanging tree--
I could not be so sure of Spring
Save that it sings in me.
Sara Teasdale
Let it be forgotten as a flower is forgotten,
Forgotten as a cherry tree in fall
1206--Emily Dickinson
The Show is not the Show
But they that go --
Menagerie to me
My Neighbor be --
Fair Play --
Both went to see --

I miss the posts of cherry tree in spring, too.
Ok, NS, here you go, but don't bump it to the top, or I will be obliged to erase it completely:

There is something about her writing that makes you want to read further. For most writers that is a struggle.
Really? I never mentioned to actually read a whole post of her? After the second sentence my mind goes gaga.
I found these poems about Prince William at this page, on the occasion of his trip to Sydney Australia in January 2010:

Ayers turned himself into authorities along with the rest. He was not charge with anything because he was a rich guy wanna be who's role was a go-fer for pot and pizza.
