How to contact the moderator of this website

People ask, "Who runs e-mule?" Many of us like to complain about this or that from time to time. The problem with our complaints is that they are as dust in the wind, since neither Aaron, nor Stephen reads the hundreds of daily posts on e-mule.

Rudy and Aaron have stated quite clearly several times how they can be contacted, but we do need reminders don't we?

For problems about how the website is running, and technical glitches, contact Aaron:

Aaron Gilmer (Moderator)
rgilmer@emule.com
Subject line: Attn: Aaron

For questions about content and the everyday monitoring of the site, including misplaced posts, contact Stephen Fryer:

Stephen Fryer
fryer@madcats15.fsnet.co.uk
Subject line: E-mule ****

But do not address any messages to Rudy. As he so often has said, "If nominated, I will not run. If elected, I will not serve. If assassinated, I will not die."

Clicking the E-mail link above produces:

Hugh, as Aaron has told us in these threads before, he does not respond to any questions about these forums unless they have his name in the Subject Line because he gets 100's of e-mails per week which are merely solicitations.

Of course, if you have a solicitation, feel free to use the contact page address.

Peter, according to Yogi Berra the place is so busy nobody goes there any more.

But if you happen to be in Berkley and wish to find it:

Update!

emule@emule.com now has a spam filter as does my rgilmer@emule.com account. This has greatly reduced the flow of junk and made it easier to respond to messages - including the general account. (The general account had previously been untouched for the past year or so)

If any email is blocked, the program will send directions on the action that was taken by the program along with information on how to send a message through the filter.

Approximately 300 messages are filtered out per day on the emule@emule.com account.

Best,

Aaron
