Is there in english an expression like "one ear in, the other ear out"? Seems the best solution for problems like these.

The expression is "in one ear and out the other". I've often thought that this is possible only if there is nothing between the ears. :)

I cannot imagine anyone calling the little cw troll perfect by any stretch of the imagination.

All I can say is that with spelling, grammar, and punctuation like this you'd better get used to it.
