Werewolf limerick

In order to ward off misanthropy,
Hugh practiced a sort of philanthropy.
He'd offer his lair
To the sweet, young, and fair,
But forget to bring up his lycanthropy.

Pam-

Is this why I never see your stuff in USP?

This is SO Hugh. He'll love it.

Exactly. It took me all weekend to think this one up, and I already had the 3 end rhymes.

Sigh.

Hugh's talk about werewolves is good
he stalks them in glen and in wood,
red rider came to him one day
to inquire just where she might stay,
Hugh smiled as he showed her his hood.

Rhyme Tony with Wolfman? you goon !
You're the fright of the silvery moon
Take a look at you, Clary,
your face is so hairy
and you sing Clare de Lune out of tune

Yeah, but at least he can carry a tomb
in limericks that come from the gloom
his poetics will cause a big stir,
as women fall into his lure
and relish their time in his room.

The seductively wolfishman Hugh
when the moon was full knew what to do
but the lunar eclipse
made him miss kissing lips
and he ended up kissing her shoe

I neglected to mention lycanthropy?
Such statements are merely misanthropy,
Since the most I can do
As a true loup-garou
Is to practice a frequent philanthropy.

Thanks, y'all! It was a nice surprise seeing so many of these this morning.

Hugh's friends know the ways of the man
So when the moon's full understand
He's not lurking in halls
But licking his balls
Same as a dog, cuz he can

George Carlin, behaving the louse,
Suggested that thought to his spouse:
"If I, like my dog,
Could lather my log,
I'd never be leaving the house!"

Lugosis and Karloffs and Clarys
are the ones that should give me the scaries
but there's some poetry
on the ol' USP
that is making me say some Hail Marys

To councils I've oft been appointed;
In church I've been three-times annointed.
But rather than these,
I'd prefer, if you please,
To be like my dog, double-jointed.
