Help for a newcomer

Hello everybody......I am new to this site and having trouble figuring out how to submit poetry. I can read others and see where to comment or respond, but not how to submit my own. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Marty, click on "new topic" above this post. Cut and paste your poem on the User Submiitted Poetry section of this website. In just a few short hours, critics like myself will tear it to shreads.
