Hi, I'm looking for software to archive all my poems on to the web. I'm looking for a system simalar to the one that is in use here. Can any one tell me whats being used here, or any ideas to get me on the right track.

We are still planning a user submitted poetry section -- usersubmittedpoetry.com but we have yet to begin. The general idea for the project is to recruit an approval board who then vote upon poems for inclusion into the database.

In regards to the software running this website, we are 'home grown'. Which, loosely translated, means that we rely upon 1 person to do most of our programming (which is, as you would expect, not necessarily the best idea -- blame Rudy for those problems). Thus, you probably would go mad trying to install Rudy's software for your own purposes.

I honestly cannot think of any other easy, low-stress solutions. However, if you send me more details of what you require -- something might pop into my head.

Dear hard-working Aaron: Not exausted by literature, you want to go into POLITICS? Please reconsider. Or at least remember that your Approval Board must not include anyone who agrees to serve on it.

Perhaps members of the board could be appointed, with the promise of time off for good behavior.
