Can anyone help?

I've been searching for a poem called Meeting Kon Don Diara (I'm uncertain of the exact spelling).

Its about the coming of age tribal ritual in Africa. All the boys are in a large circle with their eyes tightly closed. The villagers start chanting about the mythical Kon Don Diara and the boys imagination runs riots in their heads.
