This is Norm Biss, again, and I would like to find out if anyone has ever heard of the following poem , which was printed on an old postcard. There was a picture on the postcard which showed a little girl of maybe 5 or 6 years of age, standing on a chair, on her tiptoes. She had the receiver of the old crank-type telephone held up to her ear.
Part of the poem that I remember was:
"If you please, Miss, give me Heaven
for my momma's there.
You will find her with the Angels
on the Golden Stair".
I would dearly love to find this poem in it's entirity. I have no idea of the title, or the author. I has to be 80 to 100 years old.
Thank You.
