I am trying to find a poem containing the line "If you should go and I should stay". Can anyone help?

It's the first line of a song called I'll keep you in mind by Ciaran Wynne - see
[www.ciaranwynne.com] /> There are 2 poems I know with similar words, both about one of a couple dying before the other, but neither have the exact wording. One is Should You Go First by Albert Kennedy Rowswell:

Shoud you go first and I remain
To walk the road alone
I'll live in memory's garden, dear
With happy days we've known etc

the other is That Day by Ella Wheeler Wilcox - starts:
O heart of mine through all those perfect days, . . . .

Yet God must needs invent some special bliss
To make his Paradise seem very dear
To one who goes and leaves the other here . ..

To one who stays life gives the gall to drink;
To one who stays, or be it you or me,
.....When one of us must go and one must stay.

Have you any further information?

There's also a haiku:

For you who go,
For I who stay--
Two autumns.
