i have a request for anybody who can help me.

My Mother is interested in finding some poems she read as a child but she cannot remember the titles or names. from the following list i have established would it be possible to obtain the words to the poems as a gift for mothers day (UK).
i am not sure if all the information is correct so here goes

Poem Author

September Mary Hewitt
A Winter's Song William Shakespear
The Enchanted Island Luke Aylmen Connolly
Ireland Sin Samuel Ferguson
Daffodills Author Unknown

if anyone could help me i would be very grateful, some of the above poems may be Irish, not sure if that helps anybody

Thanks in advance

Re: daffodils - There's Wordsworth's The Daffodils - I wandered lonely as a cloud etc and To Daffodils by Robert Herrick - Fair daffodils, we weep to see etc, both of which are easily found on Google and were quite often used in schools and/or read to children.
