I am doing a report on the poem \"Laughing Song\" By William Blake. I need help on the abstract. I don\'t understand the poem. Please help me!!!

Heather,
I have always interpeted this poem as an illustration of \"when all is right with the world\". You, I am sure, have noticed that when you are in very high spirits, the world is a brighter and happier place. I have always thought that this is what Blake was alluding to with this poem. Of course, much is left to personal interpetation, but this is mine. Good luck on your report.
